Boston Dynamics
Positioning Boston Dynamics as the robotics industry leader.
The old site didn't speak to B2B decision-makers, made internal updates difficult, and felt outdated despite their cutting-edge technology.

Boston Dynamics pioneered mobile robotics, but their website focused on innovation rather than application.
I led creative direction and strategy for the complete redesign, working with research, design, and development teams to rebuild the site around how businesses actually evaluate robotics solutions. We organized content by Solutions, Industries, and Resources, making it easy for decision-makers to find relevant use cases and understand ROI.

Creating an easier path for the users to make decisions.
We restructured navigation around Solutions, Industries, and Resources, not Boston Dynamics' internal org chart. Decision-makers could immediately find relevant use cases, ROI data, and deployment specs without digging.

The system was designed to grow with the business.
Every element including hero layouts, comparison cards, spec tables, CTA blocks was built as a composable component. The marketing team could spin up new pages independently, and engineers worked from named tokens instead of redlined mockups, cutting handoff time significantly.
